We use CAD software such as BricsCAD, TurboCAD and Solidworks to enable a varied platform for the completion of mark ups, design advice and accurate quoting for your project. We keep our software up-to-date to ensure we are using the intuitive software possible. With 10 years of experience in computer aided design we are able to produce 2D drafting, 3D modelling, including sheet metal capabilities, to outputs such as .DWG, .DXF, .IFC, .STEP, .SLDPRT and many more.

With our wide range of sub contractors using the latest technology, such as, Trumpf 6kW L81 3030 Fibre Laser. The fibre lasers use a shorter wavelength allowing energy to transfer at a faster rate allowing an increase to the cutting speeds, which makes us a great choice for your laser cutting needs. The machines used produce a high quality and precise cut. 

The Fibre machine mentioned above also uses cutting methods such as, 

* Brightline, speeding up the cut by 70% from 1mm to 4mm.

* Coolline, a cooling feature using a 30ml spray of water per minute providing a 1kW of cooling allowing a better yield on material.

We can cut up to 25mm steel sheet.

Precision bending is key to most sheet metal jobs, with our sub contractors we can accommodate up to a 4 metre length of metal bent at any one time. 

With having a wide variety of tooling readily available on sites and access to 200 tonnes of  pressure, this allows a diverse range of bends to be manufactured.

We have the capacity to powder coat high volumes and heavy duty items. for high volumes a conveyorized system will accommodate sizes up to 4.5 metres in length, 1.6 metres in height and 0.9 metres in width. whilst the offline box system can accommodate up to 3.7 metres in length, 1.9 metres in height and 1.6 metres wide.

We can offer paint stripping, pre-treatment, primers, masking to customer specification and powder coating. we have polyester powder, epoxy powder and Hybrid of both polyester and epoxy powder.  a stock of over 400 powders from the PAL and BS ranges with a range of speciality powders.

Our subcontractors hold a wealth of expertise in welding and fabrication, using varied welding methods they are capable of a wide variety of jobs from complex heavy duty steel work to lighter simple steel work.
