 Situated across an expansive 85 acres, the remarkable Wembley Park development boasts a splendid array of attractions including the esteemed OVO Arena Wembley, the renowned London Designer Outlet, the esteemed Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre, and an impressive collection of approximately 5,000 homes. We are thrilled to have the privilege of participating in this monumental project, playing a pivotal role in the construction of over 6,000 homes upon its completion. It is truly an exceptional opportunity for our team to contribute to this extraordinary development. 

 We take great pride in our involvement in the transformative development taking place at Lombard Square. Spanning an impressive 17 acres of previously unused land, this remarkable project aims to breathe new life into the former Arsenal Football Club site by crafting a captivating residential community. Eight thoughtfully designed blocks will grace the landscape, housing a total of 1,750 exquisite apartments. We are delighted to contribute our expertise to this endeavour, as we work diligently to shape the future of this iconic location. 

 We are delighted to have the privilege of participating in the prestigious development of Camden Goods Yard. This visionary project entails the transformation of an existing Morrisons supermarket into a remarkable ensemble of low-rise homes. The design encompasses a harmonious blend of residential spaces, a ground-level supermarket, and functional workspaces, all thoughtfully integrated into the development. Furthermore, an innovative touch will be added with the inclusion of an urban farm on the roof, creating a unique and sustainable environment. This ambitious undertaking will bring forth the construction of eight buildings, resulting in the creation of 573 new homes. We are thrilled to contribute our expertise to this groundbreaking initiative and help shape a vibrant and sustainable community. 

 Nestled in the vibrant neighbourhood of Kennington, the illustrious Oval Village stands as a captivating mixed-use development, graciously overlooking the iconic Oval cricket Ground. This visionary project is set to seamlessly integrate a harmonious blend of offices, retail spaces, leisure facilities, and the creation of 738 exquisite new homes. With its prime location and diverse offerings, Oval Village aims to cultivate a dynamic and thriving community, providing an exceptional environment for work, leisure, and residential living.
